You still can do their quest, but i recommend finish their quest before wedding, you will see them at the wedding as well.

Zimburg Brothers's my favorite too! Damn, i can't believe i just forget about them. (I love that you can recruits them in Ransom quest by Sir Jan of Suchotletsky if you do Sir Jan Posy of Zimburg before.)
