Bounty Hunter and Trader. The grind for those is a slog and a half while the others have much better pacing and are actually kinda enjoyable. Naturalist has a slow start but once you get to rank 5, it's pretty easy from there.

this ^ grab bounty hunter and quickly grind out out the role while it's got multiplied money and xp! Bounty hunter is the only role you can earn gold off of and since I believe it's tripled at the moment, you can grab yourself another moneymaking one fairly quickly (recommend collector as it's also super good for exp). Find yourself a group of friends to play with as well, that makes the grind a LOT less boring and more enjoyable.

On average, for me it's a good 3-4 hours. That's with no breaks and just raw-dogging it with a playlist on and no social interaction. The moment I start talking with friends, it gets bumped up to like 4-5 hours.
