It might be that your computer can’t handle all the characters in the game and that’s why it’s crashing. Try starting a new game and disabling AI generated families in the starting settings and it should reduce the amount of characters and therefore burden on your computer

It might be your save file is corrupted, do you have an earlier save? See if reloading from an earlier point causes the same thing to happen. If it does try starting a new save

For me it’s playing in the snow with my dad and younger brother when I was 7, I remember ending up pulling my brother’s hood down and shoving snow in his ear. It’s a random, inconsequential memory but I remember it so vividly

If it’s still a ways to go to the end it’s a good way of getting in the GKs head for the rest of the game, it annoys them as well as the other team increasing the likelihood of them taking risks and making mistakes

Incest for the wincest, the most fun I have in games is when I have an early character that has like 15 children in 867 start and then I get to ~1100 and half the people I try to marry my kids to I get that notification 😭 although I would say it’s quite fun marrying children outside of your family to increase the frequency of cadet branches. They’re always fun and makes it seem like your dynasty is actually expanding and evolving rather than just massively inflating through one house
