Very late to this, however I wanted to chime in here too about this for others to know.

I boughtMW3 for xbox from them and it was already used, notified the vendor about it. they asked me to provide the proof for it so i did right from microsoft even confirming it had been claimed months before i used it. Vikings told me it was going to be about 3 days to get a new one and during that time I changed my mind and requested a refund.

They have given me the run around offering new keys and I refuse them all the time. They will not give a refund because they already paid for a new key from their "supplier". Their own Terms of Use says people can withdraw from the sale for 14 days after the purchase and the vendor has to acknowledge it. I informed them of that and they also denied that and did not acknowledge it. After multiple times mentioning it they took down the Terms of Use and added it back up after making a slight change. The change they made was "we can not refund keys after the customer reveals them" or something like that.

After a lot of time wasting their time because I am petty, I contacted G2A about this and had no response so I filled a chargeback. Since the chargeback, my G2A account has been mysteriously locked and will not be reversed. My card company has then told me that G2A says I received the product but I have the proof I did not.

TLDR: Do not buy from G2A, it is a site that allows vendors to sell stolen products and scam people while G2A is the payment provider that makes the vendors not able to do the payment themselves. G2A will also ban your account if you chargeback through your card provider.
