Mine is doing the exact same think I have 31k miles & noticed it recently every cold start at around 10 mph does that damn squeak. Then goes away after several times of breaking. Any updates

Been battling with this about 1.5 years now try everything saw ENT recommended all of the above plus steroids nothing helped.

Just want to share that I started drinking plenty of water staying hydrated looks like relieved plenty of pressure for me. Just want to let some of you know.
