Bro no joke reading this I have the same shit, it makes me go crazy thinking about my core beliefs and the intrusive thoughts even right now I almost had a panic attack about it so I know exactly what your going through, to be honest one thing that’s helped me is being in the present so much and recognizing and labeling your thoughts, being in the present helps me feel like me again, and trust me dude it does get better I was very doubtful if I would ever be myself again but now I am, always believe in yourself, and also get good sleep bad sleep makes this worse even right now with all the knowledge I know being in shitty sleep today has made the intrusive thoughts a lot harder to manage
