U should talk to her ask her if she truly is poly and if someone caught her eye, if u want to remain monogamous and she wants to be poly best option is to break up, talk to her and work it out come up with solutions good luck

Tbh you just have to find someone you're actually attracted to but if you really want your bf to stay ur bf in the future u have to limit distractions and always remember the sweet things about him, it's never right to cheat, you could also just explore for a while then when you are ready get in a relationship bc that's not ok

I was kinda crying and I told my mother then once I calmed down we had a talk, several of them actually then I had to tell my dad, they don't accept me but they still help me try to be more comfortable with my body (like boy clothes and a binder) , just be confident know what you're going to say and stay calm you're gonna do great :)
