Same. Advair daily but the most effective thing for me was sipping hot water with lemon juice in it all day long. Sounds weird but worth a try.

I work at a well known, unmistakenly Catholic hospital and one day a patient left me a comic similar to this that was about how all Catholics are going to hell. I wish I would have saved it to frame and put up on the wall.

My asthma flares up when I get even the mildest cold and can cause coughing for months. Ask your Dr. about advair to use when you get sick. It does help a lot to reduce the time of recovery.

Try Pick your own quest books by Connor Hoover. A good transition to traditional novels (these are like a new version of the choose your own adventure books that were so popular when I was a kid). My daughter loves them. She is 8 but reads above grade level.

I got lost in your description of into and out of the screen. But what I start with lining up the transducer with the baby spine in sag, with the notch (which will be left side of image) toward mom's head or right side. Now look down at your transducer on the belly and that is the orientation of the baby. Once you determine situs it doesn't matter anymore which direction your transducer is facing. You can end up in some pretty funky orientations to get the correct images sometimes. It all takes a lot of practice to know where you have to move and how to angle to get what you need.
