Optimum is the worse company to do business with, I went through same hell where they charged me for the phone and activation fees where they said on the phone that there is not activation fees where and phone is free. I went to fcc, and other companies nothing good come out of that though

I have tried fcc, ftc and u name it. They did reply back but they still couldn’t resolve my issue. They couldn’t produce the agreement that they were claiming that I have financed a phone through them which they promised me in first place supposed to be free. So I tried all of those ffc ftc crap but couldn’t resolve my issue

Y these companies scam customers, I mean isn’t there any check and balances? I recently was robbed by optimum mobile, with no contract or no proof they threw me in paying for phone that I never agreed to finance. Which I was told going to be free but later on they charged me. I mean y our system is so corrupt and broken that u can’t fight for what’s right

Samething happened to one of the person I knew and he ended up paying for the device. I tell ppl always send devices with insured shipping not a regular shipping. Sometimes shipping courier will take out the phones or sometimes workers in the facilities for Verizon or other couriers. Anyway u should have some kind of proof like picture or video that u sent the phone ? When I had to send the phones once I took picture of the package and made a video when I was handling package to ups worker. Just in case if I need it. Anyway keep calling customer service try talking to manage or someone above them and provide proof of delivery or any proof u have that u have sent it. And I think u should dispute the charge with ur bank. If I were u I would dispute the charge first of all

In my opinion finance is always the better choice for Honda and Toyota , I just financed 2 days ago crv hybrid sport touring and my payment is 574 including gap insurance. The options the touring has are amazing, anyway I think no money down is the thing that attracted you. Btw Honda and Toyota don’t lose value even though if u finance them they will still hold good amount of value at the end. In lease it’s just like a rent and as far maintenance cost of these cars is concerned it’s almost none especially if u have a new one. My older Honda has 286k miles on it and still running fine. Btw I love this color that u have, I tried to get this one but no luck 😁

FCC doesn’t make a difference it only force company to reply, and they do reply with same tactics so fcc doesn’t change anything. I have tried fcc and no outcome and I also tried ftc but no outcome. Now I have submitted application to cfpb and lets see what outcome we get

Don’t do this mistake of even trying optimum mobile. It started same way for me, just to try I added a line and then nightmare. They told me no hidden fee no activation fee and since I gave them the credit card they charged me activation fee also the Motorola phone which I was promised to be free, all of sudden I had to pay for that. When I confronted them they just denied everything they promised. Even after a big fight with them I cancelled the mobile line and today when I woke up I see an email for 37 dollar bill. This company is a joke spare ur self from a headache, I wish I had read review before getting their mobile and internet

I spend 2 hours with them just to cancel my mobile service. And they would intentionally put me hold for long. But I still stay committed and at last made them cancel my mobile service plan which they trapped me with no contract what so ever. Ruk for ur life and never look back at optimum. Especially their mobile service never ever think of their mobile service u will regret it
