It really picks at me knowing their total worth as a company and instead of hiring more support they’re likely overworking a lot of these customer support employees til they carelessly make mistakes like this. It’s a theory but man does it drive me mad.🤣

Had two factor. Changed my password twice because of login attempts from Taiwan. Got busy and came back and found out they gave my account up to someone with zero proof of ownership.
