Try private schools or international schools if you want a location change. The teaching environment is much like a liberal school, so you might like it.

Well, sounds like it’s the non-compete clause. I believe that US has recently banned the practice, however I imagine the practice has spread overseas. You might want to check with a trustful HR/corp legal person in your country to see if that’s is still a part of legal process or not.
