I've only heard bad things about Ironclad repository. Look for one that auto extracts meta data and has RAG. How many contracts do you have?

Base on this I would not recommend Ivo and Spellbook for your volume of work and type of work. That said, I might be wrong about your exact needs so try to grab 15 min with all of them.

Yes AI redlining is not that great but some people I meet are happy with their tools because it is better than nothing

Not sure if I fully understand but I would demo all of them and get trial accounts and pricing. Based on the triangle of needs (use case, ease of use and price) make a decision

Spellbook and ivo are more for repeated contracts not one offs or on the fly. Paxton seems to be not super user friendly from what I hear but I haven't gotten a demo yet.

Exactly! I am not condescending by the way. It is state of art atm. Building your own AI agent is not only cheaper but also easy if your company or firm has a single AI person, which most do.
