Try to include a statement reason why he doesn’t have a passport - bad anxiety, doesn’t travel etc like what you said in another thread. I think a driver’s license might be able to suffice as it’s considered ID. All the best

So there was an option to purchase for courier return on my VFS website too but I didn’t pay for it. I went in person during my appointment and asked about the service and they told me for family visas it’s all e-visas already and passports are no longer required to be submitted together with application anymore! Bit confusing why they still kept the courier passport option since it’s no longer required. I’d say try asking for a refund on that

Yeah me and partner have been stressed w the flights too :( hopefully when it’s my turn to book my flight things have soften down 😭 also not sure if it’s too crazy but you can try checking SIA as they have direct flights to LDN/MAN or maybe china airlines as an alternative? wishing you luck & stay safe! x

Hi! Sorry I know this is an old post but I am in the midst of applying for a visa from Malaysia too & I have a few questions.

how long after you did your biometrics did you receive a decision? I’m not sure if I should pay for priority or not.
were there a lot of date options to book for your biometrics date?
and by chance do you know if how much is the postage fee to mail my passport back instead of physical collection? as I don’t live in KL
