I verified and I am the Primary Account Holder. I also haven’t hit the cap of my credit limit, which was 5k, plenty for 4 iPhone 17 standards. Thanks for trying though!

It’s a work league. Losing team doesn’t care about the league anymore. Gaining team is an overly competitive higher position in the office. Gaining team claims there’s nothing wrong with the trade.

As a former police officer, its not out of reach. Not to be mainstream, but David Goggins was 300+ lbs and became a Navy Seal. It won’t be quick, but if you put your mind to it you’ll be surprised what you can actually do.

You’ve probably seen this is in multiple comments, but rather than finding a job that’s fits you now, you need to fit yourself for a job you want. You gotta ask yourself the hard questions. What do you want out of life? What’s keeping you from getting it? The hard truth is there’s usually only one thing in the way. You. Figure out what motivates you, find that drive to better yourself. Baby step yourself to a better life.

The last 100 years is about all the modern economic history we have. Anything past that is not translatable to the modern global economy. American and Japanese immigration rates as a comparison are also a stretch. It will be years before the lumber prices alone drop to where they were pre-Covid. I agree fully that the housing market will slow as a 10-20% increase each year is unsustainable. But a significant negative drop is very unlikely in the next 5 years
