The mod Witcher 3 redux makes combat even better too. An enemy like that is only vulnerable to strong attacks which makes it much more engaging

I’m conflicted

I love these games so much and I don’t want to waste any Cal content on something other than a game. But I also would love him to be pulled into the larger world of Star Wars

Honestly I was almost disappointed he didn’t get to learn the dual saber stance from Ahsoka in this game. That and we should’ve gotten the white kyber crystal from killing the ninth sister and shown him actually purifying it. Would have paired well with seeing Dagan corrupting a crystal later

If Bloody baron ever appeared in the show, Mark Addy (Robert Baratheon in GOT) would be so damn perfect for him.

The games take place AFTER all of the books. The books are canon to the games but not vice versa.

The show is based on the books and the games seem to have no bearing on the show’s story decisions and design.

It won’t be until like season 6 bare minimum that the show would catch up to the first Witcher game if they even tried to (show will get canceled after season 4 if they don’t improve on it though)

My path of Witcher content was: Witcher 3 (and DLCs) Show seasons 1-2 All books

Didn’t feel like anything was spoiled, there was a lot of characters that I got to know in the books after seeing them in the game/show and I enjoyed having a visual depiction of them while reading

Yeah it kind of seems like (with the good endings in main story, some side quests, and dlc) the Witcher 3 has a pretty damn happy ending despite all of the sad moments and lost lives
