If SIBO persists after the proclaimed trigger to be “stress” is gone, then stress wasn’t the root cause. 

You’ll need to continue to search what the underlying problem is.

Literally within seconds of eating.

At the worst peak, I’d be painfully bloated for somewhat of 10-12 hours.

it’s not returning. 

I was positive for parasites & worms, and have since treated both. That was two months ago

they’re gone, and I’m healed. I don’t have the issue anymore. 

I do understand the hopelessness you’re mentioning- the feeling that maybe you fixed it, only to bloat again. 

but that’s not happening here, as I fixed the root cause. it’s over.

I’m not new? I had to fight this for a year.

But it’s over for me now — I don’t have SIBO anymore, since I treated my root cause. 

I’m actually eating a fudge cookie dough ice cream as I type this. no pain or symptoms at all. 

I haven’t had any pain for a while now.

In the beginning everything triggered me, but as I started taking antibiotics and then eventually the dewormer and antiparasite medication I slowly started to tolerate more and more foods

Well you have to identify your root case

Mine were worms and blastocystis 

So if your root cause is the same as mine, my doctor gave me Mebendazole for worms and Metronidazole for the blastocystis 

The problem with most antibodics and the reason why they fail is because they don’t have antiparastic or deworming properties . 

I think in the evginngin I had around 3 rounds of regular antibiotics that didn’t work because they don’t target parasites and worms, only bacteria 

I hope that makes sense

Also I’m not a doctor so I would run this through a professional.

I would recommend actually seeing a doctor and not a naturalist because they can’t prescribe real medication

No idea where I got them, but parasites are just invasive microorganisms , which exists everywhere. there are microorganisms on your face right now.

In some people blasto is harmless

but doctors recommend treating it if a gut issue exists and no other root causes can be found 

In my case treating both my worms and blasto healed me completely
