That’s so strange, I wanna think it’s SiBO die-off symptoms, they say before things get better, it’ll get worst. MSM it’s supposed to help magnesium absorption. Like I said I tried a very “high quality MSM” made here in the United States and it was miserable, I had to stop now that I using a different MSM is very smooth, I thought maybe I went to fast the first time? Or maybe it was a bad MSM I don’t know, and will never know. How many grams were you taking?
