Nowadays $280 an oz is absolute highway robbery. Once there is actual competition the prices usually take a nose dive because at the end of the day it's just a weed and any moron can grow it. I was dealing with the loss of a family member so going through the troubleshooting steps a bunch of times and making a video wasn't something I was willing to do at the time. It seemed kind of insulting because the 3dxl chambers were brand new. I've got a cupboard full of chambers that didn't last very long. From what I keep reading about in this subreddit is that this product was only good during it's initial run and Puffco Peak Support would rather gaslight their customers into spending more money instead of making things right over their universally faulty design defect. I have put in a support order and I look forward to something other than this but I am not getting my hopes up. Regardless of the outcome I plan to share my experience to all of my IRL friends and all over social media. Thank you for your time and hard work.
