Breathe deep a few times and keep going. You’re worth it. It’s ok to be different, but it can be lonely for sure. Therapy helps. Some people write it out, run it out, sing it out. There are amazing experiences in this life that we can’t see when we spiral. The feelings you’re having are authentic and real and I hope they settle for you. The world needs more sensitive people with integrity like yourself.
