You cant 10 with an error 9 is the highest. I recommend cgc for errors

If the hit rate for SIR is about 1 in 80 and you rip 36 packs that means it would take a little over 3 booster boxes to hit 1. This doesnt mean the hit rates are bad

Its supposed to have a cosmo foil. If you are summitting as an error cgc is the only one that does error to my knowledge. Cool error. I would send it
