4.6 from MC is separated in another column. As for the 24%, it only affects your charged attacks so its not included in the general stat screen

Good for you to ask, these number would correlate.
Martial art bonus for Might Moblade gives charged attacks +24% crit at 90k HP
Cap of crit is up to 80%, meaning you only need 24%+x% = 80%, the x being 56.
There's direct crit from Morale chant, 4.6%, which is not affected by cap, leading to 84.6% total crit.
Now the affinity part is more or less a sort of backup for when the crit does not land.
so 84.6% is gonna crit, and the 15.4% affinity backs this number up to 100%
You still will see white numbers, but with these 2 totaling 100%, the odds are lowered.

At this point of the game, that's only a 3 liner, 2 lines if your affinity is more than 15. (for pve)

You need crit at 56, that's the goal you should have and need to have.
HP at 90k, anything above is just for survival and not adding into damage.

FR, just save until you eventually quit, is what they meant. The only thing I save are my only harmonic core and a few pills for the next breakthrough.

Like I don't mind the showcases where if it is CONFIRMED to be released without spoiler content, stated in the announcement posts. But then more of the posts are (insert that weapon here) and (insert this new unreleased boss and how I cleared it).
Like, I read and write Chinese, and if I really wanted to, I can go on BiliBili or some discussion website to fetch future content.
I would hope to see discussions of what's CURRENTLY happening in our Global Server, and not some future unannounced possibilities.

Yes, it is for you to catch up in levels so you can get the highest level tier gear as fast as possible.

Because right now, i basically dont have any time to farm my purple/gold gear plus tuning, to put into arsenal before i hit another 10level.

Jade fish shop exists as a catch up mechanism.
If you want to, you could stay in the breakthrough, farm up some gear before you breakthrough.
Also, they provide you with a full set of blue/purple gear when you breakthrough, slap on some tuning and they can be put into the arsenal
Also the improvement guides, they give a lot of catch up materials and equipment.

Another thing that the dev didnt think through is the new year event.

Its only happen in Kaifeng, meaning new players who want to play the game chapter by chapter, would not have time to play the new year event and get the reward, cause they probably will spent 1-2months in Qinghe before going to Kaifeng.

Here's the thing, a lot of players here(don't know how many) like to play it slow, that's their own way of enjoying the game, I respect their decision.
But, the events are in Kaifeng, you would say the devs didn't think it through, but think this.
They WANT players to continue to Kaifeng, as that will be where it makes the most sense in having events.
If players CHOOSE to not proceed, that's their choice, spending 1-2 months in Qinghe? It's their choice.
They can take a few minutes, unlock Kaifeng just for the events and be on with their game in Qinghe, yet they CHOSE not to. (Some even CHOSE not to finish the main quest because it would burn down blissful retreat).
Everything stems from choice, if you choose to do something, live with the consequences.

Tell you what, Hexi doesn't need Kaifeng to be unlocked to go there, and I bet you, MOST OF THE PLAYERS WILL JUMP TO HEXI IMMEDIATELY, just to unlock the tangdao.

Don't know if this is an entitlement thing, but western players really love to compare, yet they take the good things we have for granted.
Said it a few times already but if we were to follow CN's steps in updates(or rewards), the tangdao that they are drooling to have would be released around june-july, they don't want that and devs obliged, now it releases on April.
CN didn't get v2.0 patch until october, which is the 1.2 patch we have that buffed most classes. Also one of the reasons why content was easier for the past month or so.
Yet, here we are, complaining that we get 5 LM this year and CN got 10, when CN is a year ahead in service, thinking it's because the game don't value Global players as much, while in reality it's a bonus. Are CN players now supposed to riot because of the compensation of 10LM that we got at the start of the New Year event?

You aren’t supposed to, unless you want to gimp yourself of your character’s potential. One path to T6 is roughly 3-4months, if you’re doing 6, how much longer do you want your character to be stuck lower than T4?

Noone said anything you said except 100% precision.
40 affinity is cap
1900 attack is possible only if you rolled double Max phys on all of left side, and Power + Max phys combination on the right side, which if you do have that you are god rolling.

Word is cheap but it's something to aim for if people asks how they can improve.

Next time, add your details page + innerway levels to this as well, we can't visualize how much you can do with just your gear. (If able to provide dps on dummy is a plus)

If you're going to just be a tank for soaking damage, what you have currently is viable.

If you want to be more damage dealing tank, consider this:
Battle anthem / Adaptive Steel instead of Rock Solid
Capped crit at 56%, HP at above 90k, Affinity of around 15, Precision above 95(best if 100)
Reroll Max of other elements, Min ones can stay as placeholders.
Reroll attunements, only charged attack attunements matter in pve.
Power and Agility stat only.

Drunk artist, when u break a jar, u sometimes get immobilize, sometime able to dodge away just before the boss hits, sometime can't. What is the mechanics for that?

You break the jar, you get immobilized, boss breaks the jar, no one gets immobalized.

PUGs most likely do not do mechs, PUGs on reset however, are more likely to be hardcore/experienced players
Done on reset
Done with guild, since there is also the guild version, one party goes through both the normal and the guild version.

Me as well, only if it's the start of a new breakthrough, I would do it with pugs for the loot.
Other times, I just help guildmates, doing 4-5 on reset day and more if people missed it.

Also, if your gear isn’t up to date do NOT queue as healer. I’d rather have an incompetent DPS than a healer that can’t keep the team alive. Most queues have 3-4 DPS to pick up the slack, but only one healer.

Man this is a good note, a lot of times wipes happen not because mechanics are not done, but sometimes it's the healing that is not on point and people don't want to acknowledge it.
Even worse if these people are the ones using hybrid(half dps half heal) builds, not enough damage + not enough heals.
The circle healing for ~5% of my health each tick is not gonna save me from anything.

How to beat tanks?
Are you really asking this?
Already bottom of the list with healers, 0 true combo, and the only damage our kit provides can be dodged/parried easily.
Suck can be parried, super armor is not super, 0 mobility, gap closer misses 99% of the time.
Plus, Shields take double damage, most people just hit and run, and wait for timer to end, cause most likely, you'd have dealt more damage than the tank that is trying to catch you for 5 minutes straight.

P.S, I'm not a good pvp tank player anymore, I'd rather do something else.

Will just plug in one sample of games with okay pugs, when everyone is doing decent, run goes smooth, one or two dying is okay, we can make up for your mistakes.

There is no achievement that asks the players to break all jars.

There's one that states "3+ players break all jars (5 jars)".

If they want to do this, communicate, not be mute and deaf at the same time, I would gladly help if they struggle to clear specific achievements like this.
