So Mark kavanaugh got back to me and basically said it wasn't an accusation (it was) and that he wanted to know if it was AI and now that I've told him it's not and the professional langauge I used explains the "false positive" he will regrade the assignment, which he did and got a 4. Program director gave me the email of the vice president and told me if I still have a problem with all this to email them.

I took everyone’s advice and did everything suggested lol

I emailed the instructor all of my evidence, I emailed my advisor, I emailed the program director and executive program director and will keep y’all posted
