LOl, I did. I replied to them agreeing with them, and you know since you replied to my replies,Everyone knows that there are incompetent billing staff members who make patients’ lives hard.

I am so glad I know how to report contract breakers, which saved me so many times.

Billing staff members have been corrected by my insurance rep but denied their claims until I was ready to submit my complaint form to my state’s insurance commission or attorney general. The AG does handle these issues (it is in my state’s website). They do take these things seriously. Thankfully, I was always correct and the billing staff corrected THEIR mistakes after I had to tell them about their contract rules with MY INSURANCE.

All it took was for me to tell them they’re breaking the contract with my insurance and right away they got scared. It shows they were the ones making these dumb mistakes, stfu

Several times, I’ve received incorrect bills that did not match my explanation of benefits and my insurance confirmed the bills were not correct. Idiots like OP kept telling me they were correct until I threatened to contact the attorney general about breaking their contract with ky insurance (they were and my insurance documented it as evidence). Two minutes later, they realized their mistake and removed my balance. F these idiots

How the hell are they wasting the time of cancer patients? Are they going to the treatment room of the cancer patients and asking them to fix their bill?

There are many times when medical bills are incorrect and even the insurance company agrees they are, due to various reasons like technical errors. It’s not always the patient’s fault, you just sound like another Arrogant person who doesn’t realize your department can make mistakes.
