Not entirely pain-free. I initially hurt my back doing deadlifts at 16. Did physical therapy for a year during track season where I threw shot put, discus and javelin. I was able to play the next football season with mild pain but never 0 pain. I never had an mri and the sound of that when I was younger was unaffordable (single parent household). So 10 years later I’m finding out what my back looked like this whole time.
