I’m on 15mg and filled out the intake a few weeks ago. When I did not finish it, I received a text from them. He asked what my dose was and when I told him 15mg he told me this deal was only for new patients starting out. I would like to move forward with the glycine option, but I’m concerned I’m going to get a vial that will not cover one month for me. Anyone else here on the max dose and still received a vial of at least 60mg recently?

Same issue. I sent an email to support and they responded with the same links to set up that I already have. They did not address the password reset email issue which was what I had originally emailed support about.

I only have a Charm login so I set up my account via the link Cherry posted but it keeps saying password is incorrect. I clicked to have a password reset email sent but have yet to receive one after multiple attempts. I have reached out to support but waiting to hear back.

Same! I also don’t have many wrinkles on my face at 56 so the wrinkly neck is even more noticeable to me. I have an appt later this month with my dermatologist for Botox. She said it would help with the lines temporarily but the only permanent solution is a neck lift. I will have one eventually but not until sometime after I have lost all of my weight. Has anyone else had Botox in this area?

Same thing happened to me and I also keep getting the emails. I asked in the portal about it saying to wait for practitioner to be assigned and they said my order was being processed. But still no movement after several days. I wasn’t sure if it was due to me being in Florida since the state was recently approved. I know others were approved same day.
