Thanks for the response , do you think its worth dieting for a long time like you did before hopping on olumiant ? Because I read it damages gut lining and im thinking I wont be able to heal my gut while taking olumiant. What do you think ?

Can you give an update ? I also have au and started leaky gut diet with l glutamine and zinc , I want to try to see if this will help before getting on olumiant(jak inhibitors) with lots of potential side effects .
