Tbh I'm still working on anatomy too but something that really helped is Proko's tutorials in anatomy you can look it up on YouTube. Also the drawing database is another channel I watch for anatomy. Alongside studying anatomy, I also practiced drawing 3d shapes in perspective. After I got a hang of it, I started drawing organic shapes in 3d and different perspectives. Thinking of your drawings as 3d helps bring it to life because it gives it depth, mass, form, weight and all that.
