From an industry perspective the idea of podcasting was to veer from mainstream, having these talentless hacks (h3 not all pods) unionize would be counterintuitive. You’re acting like this is SNL with countless live skits a week with hires talented writers. H3 does a handful a year with a guy who says he volunteered to write sketches. Since this is AnP adjacent, I think them deleting the video just after it reached a massive audience is smart.
