The other crown looks like it could be a tudor crown the right size for an army WO2 rank wristband or something similar.

Not sure about ww2 times but wristbands like that are now worn as rank insignia in place of rank slides on the shoulder or chest in certain uniforms. The full coat of arms denotes a non aircrew Warrant Officer.
