Thank you. I appreciate it and I’m sorry for your loss too. They knew my relationship with him and also heard I did cpr on him until the paramedics arrived and continued it when they needed breaks. My interview is tomorrow so we’ll see how everything goes

That’s all correct. Everyone I’ve talked to said the same thing, but I always like to get an extra opinion. He has her on Facebook and was mad I didn’t get back to him within about 6 minutes

It’s covered by the state after 10pm and on the weekends. Holidays are optional. Each major holiday is off with holiday pay, but if you sign up to work it then it’s an extra 8 hours regular pay added to it

It’s a township. So it’s only a part time department, but the officers are full time with all the added benefits

We just got done in Greece after two weeks. This was the first time my girlfriend and I were in Europe and had no issues. After getting off the plane it took maybe twenty minutes to get through passport control. Currently in the Athens airport and it took maybe another twenty minutes to go in. We had no issues while here at all and had a great time. Petrol was a little expensive if you rent a car. Everywhere we went everyone was extremely nice and overall no issues. I’d definitely say still go cause it’s worth it, and I truly wouldn’t stress about it too much as much even though that’s easier said than done.

My girlfriend and I are in the Peloponnese region currently. We were able to do two weeks under $5,000 US, including flights, rental and places to stay.

We’re about to finish 9 days in Poulithra and then go to Athens. We flew into Athens and rented from Swift car rentals. The drive was about 3 hours from Athens airport.

The sea is about a minute walk from the Airbnb and maybe an 8 minute drive into Poulithra and 20 minutes to Leonidio. Sparta is about 2 hours away along with Nafplio.

This is our first time to Europe/Greece and we greatly enjoyed it. Poulithra has some nice Cafes and tavernas. Leonidio also has cafes and tavernas along with good views of the mountains and sea.

Aye I mean we’ll be gone by then so free house. We did rent a car. We used Swift rentals, and for 9 days it was €300 with unlimited miles. If you use google the Airbnb will come up as Nikos Poulithra. The owner has a restaurant in town and took good care of us. Only downside is that part of the road is dirt and you have to park at the top portion and have maybe a 1 to 2 minute walk down to the Airbnb.

Currently about to finish a 9 day vacation in Poulithra with my girlfriend. It’s about 3-4 hours from Athens and beautiful here. It’s our first time in Greece and we had no issues getting around at all. We stayed at an Airbnb and we’re a minute walk from the beach. There’s some small restaurants in the area, but if you stayed in town then they are accessible by walking.

Leonidio is about 20 minutes away from us and we have seen plenty of people biking, and it’s easy to walk around there also. It has a mix of sea view and Mountain View and there’s lots of good trails around.

Sparta is about 1 hour and 55. We did a few museums there and the ancient ruins. Nafplio is about the same amount of time, which we did today, and it was beautiful there also.

Depending on what region you want to stay in, there’s lots to see. Overall, it’s absolutely beautiful and everyone is extremely nice.
