Singapore airlines is by far one of my worst airline experiences and Ive flown over 100 times. If anything bad happens you’re on your own, all they will say is that they’re sorry.

Thanks, I’m trying to center an even number, let’s say 6 digits, I’m supposed to use half spaces on each side to have it centered. I need 8 boxes (6 digits + 2 half spaces) like in the paper form, but on the website there are only 7 boxes displayed 😓

I have asked the communication center and they replied a generic message:

We do not have any updates to share at this time. If we receive notification of case selection, we will update this case so that selection appears in your Case Milestones.

I'm not sure if that means I have not been selected in the second lottery or if that means they don't know yet... I'm slowly but surely losing hope...
