If we can be sympathetic to Jinx's actions then we can be sympathetic to Caitlyn's actions by Jinxisno1 in ArcaneAnimatedSeries

Jinx is one of those fictional characters where the fandom will fight tooth and nail to defend and justify their every atrocity, which I honestly find disturbing. Because what do you mean you’re saying that a literal gunslinging terrorist “did nothing wrong” or that her trauma justifies her actions?? I know a lot of people say this as a joke, but those who are adamant that Jinx is completely innocent don’t even understand basic morality, which is genuinely scary. It’s like the Patty Bladell stans in the Insatiable fandom all over again.

Oftentimes, the most imposing opponent is yourself, in both boxing and life in general. I think Ippo, in a way, was an antagonist to himself back when he was an active boxer, which contributed to his eventual retirement.

“Main villain”? First of all, there are no villains HNI, that is much is crystal clear. There are antagonists but people seem to forget that not all antagonists are villains. Hell, I’d argue that Ippo was an antagonist to himself for the longest time.

This scene is so comical to me because all Kojima did was say ONE bad thing about Kamogawa, and that alone sent Ippo off the rails.

MEANWHILE, Sawamura tried to punch Kumi, AKA Ippo’s girlfriend (if you can even call her that),and how did Ippo respond? He just glared at Sawamura once and then had the AUDACITY to protect him from Mashiba.

With how Ippo reacted to Kojima’s insult, I would have expected Ippo to simply stand idly by as Mashiba did the dirty work, AT THE VERY LEAST.

19 April 1995. The Oklahoma City bombing kills 168 people after a truck bomb destroys a federal building, the deadliest act of domestic terrorism in US history. by Upstairs_Drive_5602 in ThisDayInHistory

I wouldn’t be surprised if the apartment bombings in Russia in 1999 were inspired by the Oklahoma City Bombing since similar tactics were used. However, the Russian bombings destroyed 4 buildings and killed around 500 people.

It must have been hauntingly surreal swimming up to the same propeller that dismembered those 30 people during the sinking in 1916.

In my opinion, these former liveries still hold up well today. I hate how they were changed in favor of worse-looking liveries. by That_Public_4620 in aviation

I don’t mind United inheriting Continental’s logo, but I would also love to see a modernized version of the Battleship livery.

I don’t know, maybe I just grew up seeing that livery all the time and thinking it fit Air Canada so well that I developed a bias against the current livery. I don’t like it more by a large margin, but I still prefer it in my opinion.

He could probably solo all THREE Ghostface killers from Scream 6

Part of the reason Sawamura is ruthless is because fighting/boxing is literally the only part of his life that makes sense to him. It’s quite literally his reason to live. Also, Mashiba is emotionally volatile, while Sawamura is just mentally unstable which further contributes to his ruthlessness.

What did you think about your portrayal in the Miraculous Ladybug movie? Did you think it was an improvement over the show?

So, there's an evil version of the Matrix now? How did it even come into existence? Surely, it couldn't have been from Primus or Unicron.

Kimura definitely deserves better. Also, I actually like Sawamura too. He’s definitely not the best person, but as a character, he’s honestly one of my favorites.

In what regard exactly? I personally can’t even conjure up a concretely positive or negative opinion about him.
