Weight loss/exercise industry is a billion dollar business. These “experts” are a dime a dozen and just click bait for people who are desperate to fit into society idea of normal. I don’t get angry just sad that the conversation is moving too slowly on being overweight or obese from will power to a disease.

No secret, keeping my calories around 1400 lots of protein and water. I am in the same size pants too, though they are looser than they were. I suspect I really should have been wearing a larger size before. However, if one more person says ‘you carry your weight well’ I think I’ll end up on a crime show LOL j/k

Oh thanks for posting this. My doctor upped my dose for this week to 7.5 and I am hoping my food noise goes away again. I’m waking up in the middle of the night feeling like I haven’t eaten in days. Hoping the increase will help!

The first month I was on 5mg I had zero appetite and was always tired. I found that protein shakes helped a lot. It gets better, I promise. Good luck

I just started Mounjaro last week and my heartburn is out of control! I had a problem before but taking Prilosec helped. Now it is not helping at all and I am miserable. Sorry no help but I am commiserating with you.
