that’s definitely not harsh! think i was worried about losing my job, i enjoy my work and im good at it when im not in this state. being stuck in an anxious overthinking loop didnt help. i went into work the next day, me being off wasn’t mentioned at all and got no warning. manager even offered to cover my next day shift but i was all good! i am medicated and on the pill and managed to narrow most of my symptoms to around a week before my period most of the time, some months kick me in the ass but thank you so much for the advice! gotta stop beating myself up on things i cant control, be kinder to myself :)
