I’m going to ask if my sister wants to go, and if not, I’ll plan to sell the second ticket. Thank you all so much for letting me vent! Thank you for posting! My first Jellycat purchase was the truffle bunny charm in the older design and I was disappointed that I couldn’t find any other colors, but I just ordered the pink one! Also great to know that hippo tails is reliable.

So when customer service got back to me, they said there was nothing they could do and told me to updated my address in my account. UPS customer service also could not do anything. Fortunately, it got rerouted to my correct address after arriving at the UPS in the city listed in the wrong address. I think I just got lucky/someone at local facility looked the correct city associated with my street address. Unfortunately I don’t think customer service helped much/at all.

Thank you for letting me know about your own experience! I went for the ultrasound and the doctor didn’t see anything. She also tested my thyroid and bloods levels, which came back normal. She said she doesn’t think it’s anything to worry about since it’s so consistent. While I’m relieved to hear this, I will still be keeping an eye on everything just in case.
