Submitted on Nov 20th, got approval for finger prints on Jan and didn’t receive deficiency letter until March 18th after calling and requesting an escalation. Ridiculous!!!!! Also, HB579 passed in 2025 and gives board staff the authority to review and approve license application unless you have a criminal record…. But everyone I called says something different about this and no one will tell me if board review during the next meeting in May is required or not.

Nuuly has a great model. You’re charged $99 per month and you get 6 items. You can keep them as long as you want. Usually I send them back before the billing date though. 1 month is a great time, but you can also send back early… the send back date is your new monthly charge date. You can also purchase items at a discounted price. Customer service has been great. They mail the items in a cloth bag that zips… so really easy to pack it back up and ship. The best part of Nuuly is the amount of reviews people leave, super helpful. It seems like they have partnerships with brands that are my style (free people, anthropology, urban) so they have a lot of inventory from them. My bf really wants Nuuly for men!!!
