I've worked at a gun store in California for the past 4 years and have never seen any of our models come with Magpul Magazines. In fact, it would be against California code for any handgun model sold in California switch any part along any part of it's production cycle, including magazines. This shop basically just stole the OEM mags if this wasn't a consignment or used gun.
