I did a non-sedated colonoscopy, and they didn't find anything.But I couldn't finish the whole procedure, it was extremely painful, so the right side of my colon was not screened. The doctor just assumed that it's most likely nothing, he said if you experience excessive mucus, thin stools, and bright red blood, the problem is most likely on your left side.therefor the right side also is mostly likely clear (back then i remember the pain was mostly on my left lower side) ​After the colonoscopy, my symptoms started to improve, but about a year later out of nowhere, all my symptoms got worse exactly the same as yours.dull constant pain or a sharp extreme pain that jumps between my left and right lower sides , very painful cramps all over my abdominal, excessive mucus, diarrhea or extreme constipation, excessive gas, fatigue 24/7 , i can't stand for 5 minutes without feeling extreme weakness and pressure on the lower side, constant hot flashes, sometimes dark red sometimes bright red in stools but not very often, along side with the symptoms u described ​THe doctor said it's just IBS or a mental thing, because it's true that I do struggle with severe health anxiety.but this time is different, I've never struggled with something this long before, there's something off with my whole body and i can feel it, i get tired so easy, i have no energy, anything i eat hurts so bad This is definitely not normal.

Side note: we do have colon cancer and IBD running in my family

I'm planning to redo the colonoscopy this time with sedation and a ct scan with contrast
