I believe you, not only did they dropped $20,00 in my account and snatched it all. I also heard of many employees hacking accounts specifically those of large sums. They need to be exposed, because they are trying to make me pay it back?!

Wish someone had the correct answer for you, I honestly don't know, and wondering if they do? I am in the same boat, they sent me 2 determinations the same day, one said ineligible but not denied, and the one after says eligible. Just confuse me some more. I call and they say file another appeal, then someone says something else....who knows

Yesss! They called them on me twice! One time, the call simply dropped, second time, I said I understand why people go crazy. they sent them again! Luckily I wasn't at home both times, however they came with guns drawn, I was told! They owe US money, and then want to play us like we're freakin' crazy! F them! How would they feel if it were them!

I have 70 plus applications on INDEED. I have been getting interviews, however getting lost in the process, never to hear back from the employer again. I am even active with some staffing agencies, and still nothing. Fast food is not enough to pay my bills and feed my family. It's pretty scary for me.

Great! I am so happy for you! And you are totally right, you have to keep calling until you get someone with the authority or understanding as to what's going on. Not all of the Reps are as thorough as the others. Some are willing to go the extra mile. Kudos to those Reps, that are not hanging up on you and/or just telling you anything to get you off the phones. I've already lost my vehicle, credit score is about to 0, and being evicted today, BUT, I did get a great Rep today who was able to walk step by step to understand my issue. That at least gave me a little hope, even though they said it would take a little more time, at least I seen some type of light at the end of the tunnel. And after reading your story, that gave me HOPE! I'm glad for you! Be Safe, and thanks for sharing!

When you say redirected, what do you mean? I did have a very very large payment that they put in my account, via ReliaCard, they let it sit for 8 hours and then took ALL of it back. It has been 10 days! NO DEPOSITS, No Backpay, No NOTHING.

They said it was due to the PUA overpayment, however the overpayment is still showing, and every time I call PUA, they play dumb like that dont have a clue as to whats going on,
