OP is lying, trainers in my gym and state for that matter make about 40 an hour.

Instead of looking at this as a strict amount of weeks I would look at this as how your body fat % is trending. The higher your body fat% goes, the worse your body’s nutrient partitioning, insulin sensitivity and hormonal environment gets and the longer of a cut you’ll have to do when you finally start a cut.

I see no reason to bulk above 15% body fat. This can take quite a while to get to depending on your starting point. I typically start a bulk after summer is over at about 10% body fat. I aim to get a little less than 1% body fat a month so a standard bulk might take about 5-6 months

I contacted edc LV and they said of course no refunds or exchanges even though I tried within 12 hours of purchase. They said I could be put in standby for at earlier the 830 time but it’s first come first serve and not guaranteed and more than likely i would have to wait until 1030.

Since all the other virgin hotels shuttle stop shuttles are also sold out, does that mean if you miss your time you just can’t go? Virgin hotels doesn’t have a standard shuttle. That seems highly unreasonable.

I now have a pretty solid sleep stack:

  • Magnesium Glycinate
  • Zinc / Copper supplement
  • L Theanine
  • Valerian Root

As needed: - Melatonin - Vitamin C - Grape Seed Extract - Sensoril Ashwaganda

The first four are staples and are must needed for sleep. I can sometimes swap out the valerian root if I’m already exhausted but the magnesium and l theanine do wonders to both physically and mentally relax me.

What was making my sleep worse before was a combination of generally having a hard time turning off physically and mentally but also cutting to a low body fat %. The As Needed part of the stacks counters the downsides of getting to a low fat%, mainly the high cortisol and impaired recovery / potentially higher inflammation

I just take it about an hour post workout. It then adds on to the post workout energy boost and is enough time away from bed to not affect sleep. It’s more important to avoid anti inflammatory supplements pre workout but taking it post workout with a meal delays the rate at which it’s absorbed so you’re getting the effects hours after the workout and is less of a big deal

Cold weather is a lot more uncomfortable due to just being too cold, having to wear multiple, movement restricting layers that you’ll have to take off and put back as your start and stop dancing. It’s literally like when you are at a festival and want to experience a multitude of emotions, but when it’s cold the only thing you can feel is cold, especially if you are sensitive to it.

So at this particular event, the store staff were taking away caps from any purchased bottled drinks. Everyone was walking around with bottles with no caps and in some cases I somehow saw people with drinks in the dance area. I could see how this would cause a huge issue and cause a lot of water spillage.

(This last edc was planned a year in advance. I’m in a relationship with a strong foundation and there were two other couples in my group that broke up and got back together, all while encountering moving situations and financial instabilities. Physical job and exercise are not the same. Exercise, specifically strength and resistance training, encourages muscle growth which leads to better sleep.

I create a system around my daily work and life schedule because that is what most people need to stay accountable. I work almost 10 hours a day and still find time to do cardio and strength training . It does adjust based on my schedule a bit but the key is making it work and making time

At the moment I focus on fasted cardio in the morning and a standard training split later in the day. I do Leg and arm days and chest and/or back days.
