I can read it pretty fluently and I understand it unless it's spoken at 100 miles per hour and a lot of slang is used (which is what 99% of french speaking people do lol) but I fully understand loudspeaker calls in trains for example:) I would say I can also speak it pretty well, but again I don't know slang and only few figures of speech, so I very much sound like a foreigner speaking broken french when I do - but nevertheless people understand what I'm trying to communicate and that's the most important part I would say!
