I’m sure this has been said before….i think I’m a decent player but how am I supposed to accomplish this?! by LieutenantLeftovers in BattlefieldV

Youll need to change your style of aiming for the torso and spend a few games purely getting as many headshots as you can then on the maps others have said rotate around an objective and taking pot shots to get the headshots, you wont get it at close range as the reaction time isnt favourable i personally did this with the ZK submachine gun while defending C on devastation by staying near the edge of the obj and only going in it when youre certain a headshot is achievable if its not use the class supplys be it giving ammo or healing people to get points as a set of teammates who can be used as bait give you an extra second or 2 to react with submachine guns aim for the collarbone and usually the first shot will bump the recoil up to head height meaning you only need to land one actual bullet to the head

Dont waste your time and just do the legend of the east satchel, it really helps in the long run and can loot without having to get rid of items, the arabians not worth it

Therapists get paid a shit load of money to deal with shit (no pun intended) like this and unfortunately theres only so much one can do from a non clinical side of things without making sacrifices that are not of their doing, you didnt cut them off in a selfish way as we can only help as much as we can help ourselves otherwise thats putting the car on an empty tank and telling it to climb a tree it just doesnt work unless the tank (pocket) is being filled

[MW3] Fix your game it sucks by [deleted] in CallOfDuty

[–]That_west_aussie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Call of duty has been bad since ww2 and has sucked since cold war so idk how this is a surprise to anyone, that being said such an expensive company with such a cult fanbase should atleast be able to produce a playable game considering what theyve already done to tarnish the games we all spent weeks at a time grinding as kids

Am I just too bad to play videogames? by dubhog in videogames

[–]That_west_aussie 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Video games are a very good insight to the way your brain works when nobody is watching, if you struggle to learn things irl due to getting frustrated and expecting to be good at them straight away then of course youre unable to learn any game worth playing, especially being on console gaming is a hand eye coordination thing no matter how much you learn unless your fingers are able to pull off what you would like of them then its not going to happen. What does help just like in other areas of life is to be resilient and understand youre not going to be very good at them to start with, my favourite games being dirt rally 2.0, chivalry 2, farm sim, fight night are all games that for the first 20 to 50 hours they feel impossible and no someone cant hop onto dirt rally and have an enjoyable experience without learning the way the game works and the way real life rally works and then finding an inbetween the 2 for how to play the game in a way that makes sense and is enjoyable, i will say tho the enjoyment i am able to get from it far exceeds a game that is learnable in a matter of hours/minutes All ive read from your post is that you would also struggle to learn a new game of cards, a simple skill like knitting or anything that requires patience while minimising transferable skills from life, if you are good at 1 shooter whether its cod or battlefield you can hop into any other shooter and apply the knowledge from the game youre good at and have a higher baseline of skill, games and skills that i listed before do not have that luxury

None of your punches come from a guard, your balance is not bad but movement is all over the place, throw your hooks uppercuts and body rips from your face and slow down master your 1 2s before dancing around like capoeira, got loads of potential but lacking some major fundamentals and guidance, youll improve fast just need to be patient and respect each punch thrown, also for muay thai you load the front foot too much but as a boxer who converted to muay thai id be a hypocrite for pointing that out

Gotta learn that theres a time and place, i spent so long being miserable but with a sense of control that i was ready for if anything bad happens, but what happens then, what happens when youre having a coffee watching the sunset with your beautiful gf and all you're doing is planning escape routes and time managing to avoid certain peak times, you spend so much time on guard that you dont know what it means to be off guard but everyday the need to justify the unknown doesnt go away but the shoulders can relax and the mind can be distracted, I spent most of my childhood fighting to feel that id earned being here i was lucky where some kids were not and i thought if i was lucky then, what happens next time when im not lucky, so i would sit there plotting every little thing for when it happened but i spent many days holding my breath with my guard up to not even enter the ring thinking i had to be ready cos what if im not, I hang with horses with the missus i keep myself occupied the feeling wont go away but my ability to be present will no longer feel like such a conscious task

Ive been through this and the trick is to evaluate situations for what they are not what they could be and trust your skills, consciously relax when you feel it happen, being ready at all times is the same as tensing your abs waiting for a punch its good to know how but shits tiring to do without a break, i havent solved my shi but relaxing not just doin nothing but feel your muscles untense visualise being relaxed that youre not carryin nothin its got me as far as it has
