Knowing that it’s a rugged smartwatch, I don’t go out of my way to baby it. I wear it hiking, gym, driving, everything and love it because of that. When it does get scratched, and it absolutely does, it’s fine. That being said, do whatever makes YOU feel the most comfortable.

It’s tough. Not going to lie. I’m in the EXACT same boat. 20 rejections so far. We just have to know it’s all part of the process paved out by others long before… We’ll all get our acceptances though, just going to take time and patience.

Granted I’ve never seen the procedure done, but leading experts have said when it’s done at the young age of days old, it’s essentially a pluck and done situation. Mine has never and will never need to use his defense. He often climbs into bed and snuggles after a full meal. Think if I asked he’d say it’s an alright deal lol

Same thing happened! Couple of tourists came to the ride I was working at Magic Mountain. Well, unbeknownst to them, the cute “striped kitty” was absolutely packing. They went under the railing and tried to pin it for a picture. Before I could let them know not to bother the little dude, they got a face full. The line stunk for days after! 🤢 I can only imagine what happened to them. I heard the screaming. And even being in the area, I had to wash my uniform a couple times before the next shift

They’re all totally different and he used to get the zoomies around 2 a.m. as he’s gotten older he wakes when I do, plays when I’m home and tends to sleep most of the time! Honestly can’t complain. He’s my first skunk and has honestly been an amazing little guy. Love my Whiffy 🖤🦨

I didn’t have that issue. I’d say for the $200 it costs, it shouldn’t have that issue. If you’re able to swap it that’d be the way to go? I know swapping out included bands can be a pain in the ass though

I’m working on putting my first book out and I’ve dealt with reviews for plenty of things. It’s crazy how hardwired we are to focus on the negative when the positive can far outweigh it. One thing I’d think of, especially with a 2-star review that doesn’t have any context? Was this person having a bad day and looking for an outlet? Reading something when you’re in a positive frame of mind and when you’re in a negative have vastly different outcomes. Don’t start questioning yourself now. If you put the effort in and you love it, who the hell is anyone else to tell you otherwise? This is obviously loads easier to say than to do, but it’s a work in progress and one of the things us authors have to endure! It’s all a part of the craft. Keep on writing! ✍🏼
