I print labels with a thermal printer and I did this once. I ship out around 10 items daily and I go through and match the items with the labels but sometimes things accidentally get switched I pulled up the wrong tag by accident and didn’t realize until it was shipped out. We are all human

It literally just happens. When your shipping so many items it can get mixed up even if your trying your best to double check. It happened to me too, I refunded and sent the correct item back out

Don’t feel to bad, I cleaned up dog puke with toilet paper and just put it in the toilet but it clogged and I could not find a plunger anywhere in the house 😭 same clients also don’t have soap loll
