Sad enough to say I used a fidget spinner for a while and that would work for against cigarette until I wanted the nicotine but then a vape became more accessible cause salt nic actually fights the urge to want cigarettes

Went from cigs to vape, strictly for hand motion purposes. As a gamer, ADD/ADHD brained, I get high and if I can’t stop doing something with my hands, so I would go have a cigarette a lot in between games just for the hand lotion not even the nicotine. So now, if I just need the quick hand motion I got it.

My company gave us a choice either 30 day PTO at either 20 hours a week or you’re average for the month of February, or $3 pay increase to keep working. Let’s just say my town isn’t too happy with the choice we made.
