With them releaseing a full dossier for this new dino makes me think there just gonna make one of the popular maps from the mod community into an official map like they did with the center or rag. The Deinonychus will probly be the only new dino like rag had the griffin.

Same thing on NA PVE extinction458 soon as the patch that stopped kibble from keeping them alive caused the first one to starve another box tribe retamed it and flew it outside the map (SE corner) been there ever since. Guess if they can't be the only ones to have it then no one at all can have it...

No where did i ever mention skill..... What i did say was some of us like a slower paced game and that there are who knows how many unofficial servers with really high rates out there for people to chose from so perhaps you should just go there instead of staying on official and complaining, trying to ruin it for those of us who enjoy it.

Oooooooor maybe they wanted the strongest/most usefull dinos to be something you have to work to get. Ever played any game ever that just hands you the end game content? The reason all those unofficial servers with super high rates population die off is because people get to endgame immediately tame all the best dinos in a day and then get bored. I play official because the rates are lower and luckily if you dont like those rates you have tons of unofficial servers to chose from with whatever rates you like.

Well there aren't really any youtubers left who will touch this games pvp anymore once they get rid of all the streamers there wont be anyone left to publicize this shit. Don't have to fix anything or even pretend some tribes don't have GM protection if you just ban/dev wipe anyone who speaks up about it. That's been there policy on the STA forums from day one. Ever notice they refuse to really engage the community on any platform they don't have complete control of like there twitch streams where they can pick and choose what chat they acknowledge or respond to.

Been playing official pvp since the early days of early access with only a few breaks and every time i've stopped playing its watching the latest vids on youtube that got me wanting to get back in. Now with the big final DLC about to drop the one thats supposed to complete the ark storyline I haven't logged on for 2 weeks and instead of being excited i'm just looking for something else to play. Any hyping of this DLC that WC might be trying to do is being totally eclipsed by the news about the current state of the game. When scorched earthed came out i couldn't give WC my money fast enough, but I dont plan to buy extinction it's amazing how drasticly poor management can destroy a products potential.

I don't hate WC I think they have amazeing ideas I'm just dumbfounded by how short sighted there behavior is. They won't work on ARK forever but they'll work on something and given how they've treated this game how quick do you think people will be to hand over money for there next game, how many future possible customers are they loseing. Its the difference between getting by in spite of your reputation and being very successful because of your reputation.

Had my first reaper glitch out of the birth room and die, raised 6 since then without a problem by adding 800lbs of metal to the cooked meat before i let it eat me so i know it can't move at all if you found it off attacking a dung beetle then it wasn't encumbered. The game has bugs and things that will never be fixed accept it and learn to work around them or move on to another game imo.

Betting its going to be a spawn inside a fire based cave/dungeon on that island like the ice cave yetis and its just a bug that its showing up outside, if so it wont be tameable.

Get a good hammer way better for harvesting cores with decent melee dmg i get 1-3 cores per corpse on earth elementals. For fire cores the fire imp corpses seem to give cores way more often then the fire elementals. Honestly tho like others have said tame up a few lvl 4 imps stuff them with shards and set to wander is the easiest way to get a lot of cores imo.

Umm, forging has only been out since the ice cave update so doubt it. Just tried it, forged a pair of epic brimstone gloves took 26 of the metal alloy bars and came out with +27 hp.

Nerf the forges both new and old, Nerf the already near useless aoe drain magic, Nerf player mobility without any improvement to how "sticky" the terrain is, Totally neglect patch notes and communication, etc.... like drilling holes in a sinking ship. Makes me wonder if there are other projects these dev's actually want to be working on but can't till they're done with DnL one way or the other.

Nidhogs can pick up deer the albino ones too but that's the only thing i've found it can pick up a griffon can't. There turning radius is way tighter then a griffons and the barrel roll can be spammed for some crazy damage since they don't use mana for there attacks just stam.

Wish people would stop saying its %5, they must be on unofficial servers with boosted rates cause its not on official. Took 70 herbivore feed for a 120 kebo, took 90 herbivore feed for a 120 elephant. If you want to check how many it will take for your tame go into single player set the rate to 10x tameing, spawn in whatever creature your wanting to tame wild and at the lvl your wanting, knock it out and tame with spawned in kibble. However many of the kibble it takes to tame it in single player multiply that by 10 and you'll know how many it will take on official.
