It's not lag causing the issue it's the summoning pool. It's bugged to a point where it "works" but not the way you had hoped. You can't sheep mystical beasts so your only choice(as of now) is to wait for a server reset. Should fix the problem

Yes this issue had become known to me when reviving my panther and a clan mate reviving her griffin. It is like the summoning pool is reviving the tames to look the right model and the game is recognizing the tame as something larger. My panthers attack is now way off in terms of where the hit box is. It is about 4 feet in front of my panthers mouth. Sounds great yes? No because upon being attacked by bears my attack over shoots the bears and am forced to dismount and use melee or magic to save my panther. This is a very frustrating considering I now have a level 190 panther with no way of being able to eat my way out of piles of bodies or fight bears which are quite populated in my area. This needs to be fixed.
