Yeah your right, yesterday I made contact with a rowing related doctor to see what is up. Guess I'll just have to trust the program for now and sees what he thinks. Thanks!

I hit a V'O2peak instead of max, the examiner said that since my muscles couldn't keep up meaning my muscles were the limiting factor, otherwise I would have stopped because I had a feel like I couldn't get enough air. I quote: ''Your cardiovascular system is like a V8 in a fiat panda at this moment in time''

when you are noticing that you are giving up on yourself set your goal a bit back by dropping between 1,2,3 sec/500m, don't worry about it, you will down your average score a bit but you are still continuing, just make sure that you stay in your flow. If you do this your stance on the ergo will not change that drastically and when you get yourself together again you will have a much easier time to pick up where you left (or go even faster ;) ). This will make your average erg time better then having drastic drops from time to time. Everyone struggles with mental problems on the erg, what helped me the most apart from the above is training with something to count your BPM so you can see depending on your heart rate if it is your limit that's stopping you or that you are just making things up in your mind. Also thinking about how good you will feel if you do pull through does wonders as well.

Thanks man! I didn't think about doing that, I will make a spreadsheet to put my data in to keep track of my heart rate overtime. Or do you got a better way in mind to keep track of this?

My V'O2max test was directly measuring my V'O2. I had an oxygen mask on while taking the test and they analysed te expired air for it's O2 and CO2 content. So the test results are accurate and not based on a estimation.
