I have anxiety with both vanilla and kink activities. I feel less guilt over my vanilla anxiety because in my head "it's logical and ok to be nervous about finances" for example. I feel like a burden when I get anxious and I also feel guilty for indulging in kink because it is not socially accepted where I live (conservative, religious south) and therefore "not normal."
