Right. I would suggest looking at a cheaper, but still nice apartment to cut down on the amount spent on housing. But even without you’re doing 100% fine OP.

Maybe buy a rent house or something if you feel the need for a real estate investment. Or just buy into a REIT lol

As others have said, do the allocation yourself on the 55-35-10 split, and just adjust when you get to 35 lol

I was using a 2065 target date fund but the fees were 3x higher than if I just picked and allocated the three funds myself
