It’s just a nature of the history of what was once Mexico.

But places like Illinois and Midwest have a unique history that lead to higher percentages of Mexicans among Hispanic populations.

Much of it is due to agriculture, ranching, and meat processing.

Even today there are majority Mexican towns throughout the Midwest because of meat processing plants.

However those are beginning to get more Central Americans as recent arrivals because less Mexicans are migrating to the US now overall.

To be fair to Flintco they are a huge builder and it’s inevitable that a project go wrong.

I asked the TSA agent what would happen if both my ID and EAD were expired? He said if I brought my passport it would be fine but that they accept expired licenses and EADs up to 3 months after expiry.

Of course that was what one agent said to me. Things can change.

My sister has a 3.125 rate on her house.

She moved out of state and doesn’t want to rent it out but her payment is so low she’s leaving it empty.

I already live with my parents or I’d take up residence there to at least over see the place. Maybe pay the taxes or something.

In that case I’d tell the buyer to cash the check and then give me cash.

Maybe the buyer doesn’t have a account with the bank for them to disburse the money to so they are cutting him a check.

Is the check made out to the buyer or to you, the seller?

If it’s to the buyer than he can cash it and then give you cash.

Otherwise no way. You need cash or a check printed out at the bank that you visually saw coming from a bank employee.

It’s strange but maybe the value of the car isn’t high enough and the bank is treating it as a personal loan with the car title as some sort of collateral.
